Frequently Asked Questions
HubSpot is built in. Zapier and Make cover thousands of other apps. For custom setups there are webhooks and the Open API, and the MCP server lets an AI assistant work with your account.
Yes, natively. No Zapier needed. Connect your HubSpot account in Settings, match Dripify fields to your HubSpot properties, then switch HubSpot on in a campaign and pick the trigger. Leads arrive in HubSpot as contacts. Sync runs one way: Dripify to HubSpot.
You pick the trigger per campaign: connection request sent, request accepted, first message sent, lead replied, or request withdrawn. When it fires, Dripify creates the contact in HubSpot, or updates it if it already exists. It matches on LinkedIn URL, then email, then name, so you don't get duplicates. You map the fields yourself: name, LinkedIn URL, emails, position, company details, campaign name. Mapped fields are overwritten with the latest Dripify data each time. Use the "After LinkedIn reply is received" trigger and the full conversation lands in the contact's activity.
Yes, through Zapier, Make or webhooks. Dripify sends the lead when something happens in a campaign, and Zapier or Make passes it to your CRM. No code. Check that your CRM is on their app list first.
A webhook sends lead data to another app the moment something happens in a campaign, like an accepted connection or a reply. Start a Zap or Make scenario with a webhook as the first step and copy the URL. Paste it into the Settings tab of your Dripify campaign and pick the trigger. From then on, each time it fires, the lead moves to your next step: a CRM contact, a Google Sheets row, a Slack message. The reply trigger also sends the full conversation.
Yes. The Open API pulls campaign stats, leads (by campaign or status), lead details and team stats. It also imports leads into campaigns. Generate a key in Settings → Integrations. Docs are at api.dripify.com. The API answers when you ask. For data pushed to you as it happens, use webhooks.
Yes. Connect an AI assistant and run parts of Dripify in plain language. It lists your campaigns, shows the lead lists inside a campaign, and finds a lead by email or LinkedIn URL. It uses the same API key as the Open API.
Claude Desktop, Codex CLI, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI and Windsurf. Any client that supports a remote MCP server with a custom header can connect.
Yes. It works with free LinkedIn, Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite accounts. Run your campaign on a Sales Navigator search, then push the leads to HubSpot natively, or to another CRM through Zapier, Make or webhooks.
