Frequently asked questions
Do I need the free Envo Blocks plugin?
Yes. Envo Blocks PRO adds its blocks and templates on top of the free Envo Blocks plugin from WordPress.org, so install both. The free plugin also gives you 36 extra blocks.
What do I need to run it?
WordPress 6.2 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer and WooCommerce. The blocks work in the block editor with any block theme.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The blocks work with any WordPress block theme and follow its fonts and colors unless you set your own. Header blocks such as the mega menu, the sticky cart or the account icon go into the header template part of the theme, so they need a block theme. For the best result we recommend our free Envo Blocks Store theme – its header, shop, product, cart, checkout and My Account pages are made to match the blocks (live demo).
Can I use it on client websites?
Yes. Every plan can be used on your own and your clients’ websites – the plan sets how many websites can be active at the same time.
What happens when an annual license expires?
The PRO blocks keep working on your site, but you can no longer edit them, import PRO templates or get updates and support until you renew the license.
