GitHub App command-code-ai is private, blocking cloud sessions (422 GITHUB_APP_NOT_INSTALLED). #1105

Summary

cloud sessions no longer working under GOAT plan. https://github.com/apps/command-code-ai doesn't allow me to reauthorize this to use with my private repo, states the command code ai is a private github app

Expected Behavior

cmdc --cloud starts sessions

Actual Behavior

unable to start cloud sessions using cmdc --cloud as produces 422 GITHUB_APP_NOT_INSTALLED error
