Bug report

After update from 4.80 to 4.81 I noticed that docker commands from WSL end up with error:

-bash: /usr/bin/docker: No such file or directory
  1. It happens only when daemon goes into resource saving. If I wake it up then it works normally
  2. It only affects WSL, In powershell docker cli works in any state.
  3. I noticed this after upgrade to 4.81 and further 4.82 didn't help. But when I reinstalled to 4.80 I noticed that daemon just doesn't go into resource saving (Fix for this was mentioned in 4.81) and cli command works.
  4. I tried to reset data and reset settings in Troubleshoot menu, completely delete and install again - nothing helped.
  5. I noticed that after going into resource saving cli bin changes:

  1. Resource saving

ls: cannot access '/usr/bin/docker': No such file or directory
~$ ls -la /Docker/host/bin/docker
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 1359 Jun 26 16:49 /Docker/host/bin/docker
~$ /Docker/host/bin/docker ps

The command 'docker' could not be found in this WSL 2 distro.
We recommend to activate the WSL integration in Docker Desktop settings.

Bin from "Engine running" state available, but also doesn't work

    I have the same issue with kubectl.

    john@DESKTOP:~$ kubectl
    -bash: /usr/local/bin/kubectl: No such file or directory

    Disabling resource saver fixes it.
