Docker Desktop version 4.40.0 missing Product Version in the exe file #14703

Description
The newer version of Docker Desktop seem to be missing product version from the file.
That potentially creates issues when relying on doing file checks based on version.
Reproduce
- Install Docker Desktop
- Check .exe product version from Windows.

We will fix this for Docker Desktop 4.41 to be released next week.

Getting this error when i try to install the docker in my system can anyone help me with this
