Characters get encoded when copying a set with html #11958

Bug description
Whenever you copy or drag a set that includes html to another field or another entry, it encodes html characters.
How to reproduce
Create a set with a Code field inside of a Bard field. Add some html to the code field then try to copy it. It will encode the html characters, resulting in something like the image below.
