Controls in a narrow asset field extend beyond its available width #15433

Bug description
The control bar of a narrow asset field extend the content beyond its available width. In English, it's just a minor problem, but if you change to German it's not possible to read "or choose a file".

- Add an asset fieldtype with 33 % width to a blueprint
- Edit the entry on a narrow browser window
- Change language to German
