What's in the free trial?

14 days with full access to all core features, no credit card. You get 2,000 sessions, 5 websites, 10 funnels and 1 month of data history.

What happens when trial ends?

Pick a paid plan from your dashboard. If you don't, you continue on Free with 500 sessions a month, at no cost.

What happens if I run out of sessions?

Recording pauses until your sessions refill next month. Need more sooner? Request a refill or upgrade from your dashboard.

How do I install Mouseflow?

Add one small snippet of code to your site, or use one of our plugins and integrations.

Is it privacy-friendly?

Yes. Sensitive form fields and IP addresses are left out by default, and our protections meet or exceed GDPR and CCPA.

Can I get my money back?

On your first annual plan, yes. Tell us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Enterprise plans aren't included.
