Corrected an issue where the first paid plan within each tier (starter, pro, business or enterprise) was not able to utilise the custom list download frequency choice available to their tier of plan.

Corrected an issue where if a paid subscriber altered their plan and our communication with our card processor (Stripe) failed it could cause the customers plan to show as free with 0 queries per day instead of gracefully failing and retaining their prior paid plan.

An issue in all v3 versions of the API was discovered and corrected where if two or more rules or lists interacted with a single addresses positive detections the API may not have displayed that all of those interactions occurred in the 'detections_modified_by' key in the array although the interactions were performed successfully.

Updated the user interface for the most active tags display within the stats tab, now follows our iconography from the positive detection log for consistency. We've also improved the data density with better number formatting. Removed support for paying with Binance cryptocoin, we no longer support this coin since changing crypto exchanges.
