Before a project can begin, all requests must be approved by University Marketing and Communications. Project consideration and prioritization are based on the university’s primary marketing and communications needs.
Photography
Use the forms below to request photography for events, studio, publications and faculty and staff headshots. Only faculty and staff may check out equipment.
Video Request
If you would like to create a video to promote your department or area, please complete the form below. Requests should be made at least four weeks in advance of the desired project deadline. All requests must be approved by University Marketing and Communications to be sure they adhere to university brand and style standards.
Social Media
Items submitted for social media features on the main University of Central Arkansas sites should apply to the broad UCA community. Please enter your request at least 5 business days in advance of the posting date when possible. After reviewing UCA’s Social Media Guidelines, your next step is to complete this form to be officially recognized and listed in the UCA Social Media Directory.
