Workfeed reads your Nmbrs employees so you can match them with Workfeed users or import them as new users.
Name, Email, Phone, Address
Used in Employee matching and import
You connect Workfeed to Visma Nmbrs with your Nmbrs login. Workfeed matches your Workfeed users with Nmbrs employees by email or name, and you fix or ignore the rest. When payroll is due, you pick a date range in time tracking, filter by department or role, and send the hours and supplements to Nmbrs.
Nmbrs stays your payroll system and calculates and pays salaries. Workfeed handles scheduling and time tracking, and turns the shifts you export into hours and supplement lines for Nmbrs.
Hours and supplements go straight into Nmbrs as variable hours. You don't retype them from a spreadsheet.
Filter the export by date range, department and role. You can send one department at a time if that suits your payroll process.
Before you send, Workfeed lists shifts that will be left out, such as unassigned shifts or shifts with unmatched employees.
Import employees from Nmbrs into Workfeed with their name, email, phone and address, so you don't create them twice.

Nmbrs books hours by year and month. Workfeed uses the month of the last day in your selected date range.
Unassigned shifts, shifts with unmatched or ignored employees, and shifts that overlap unpaid leave are not exported. Shifts for archived employees are still exported.
Hours are only sent for shifts where the employee has an hourly wage. Supplements are sent for all exported shifts.
Hours are sent with the Nmbrs pay code 2100. Each supplement uses the pay code you set on it in Workfeed, or 3045 if it has none.
Workfeed shows how many changes are awaiting approval before you export. It warns you but does not stop the export.
Go to settings, open the payroll integrations, select Nmbrs and confirm that you want to connect.
Log in to your Nmbrs account and click Allow to give Workfeed access.
Open the new integration, check the automatic matches, match the rest by hand and ignore anyone who should not be exported.
The integration with Visma Nmbrs allows you to export work hours directly from Workfeed to Visma Nmbrs, with just a click of a button. Only users with admin rights can set up integrations in Workfeed.

Before exporting, choose which data you want to export. You can filter by department and roles and set a time interval. You can do this at the top left of the page.
Once you’ve chosen a time period and filtered out roles and departments, you can now click the “Export…” button in the upper right corner of the time tracking view.
Then check that the following conditions are met before clicking “Select payroll system”:

Why are hours missing for some employees after I perform an export?

I have multiple Nmbrs accounts/environments, can I link Workfeed to multiple accounts?
