You connect Square from Workfeed and log in to Square to approve read access to your orders and merchant profile. Workfeed then imports your paid orders back to 1 January 2021 and checks for new orders every 5 minutes.
Square stays your point of sale, and nothing is written back to it. Workfeed shows the sales under each day in your schedule and in key metrics, uses them to calculate your labor percentage, and uses tips in tip pools.
You see each day's revenue under the schedule, so you can match staffing to how busy you actually are.
Workfeed compares wage costs with your Square revenue, so you can see if you are over your labor budget.
Click the sales figure in the schedule to see revenue per hour and compare a day with the same day last week and last year.
Tips registered in Square can feed your tip pools, so you do not have to type them in.
