A COMMUNITY FOR PROFESSIONALS
TAKING CLIMATE ACTION
Your work is the lever.
Use it.
Whatever your field, you’re closer to action than you think.
The resources you need to take action right where you are in your career.
THE WORK ON CLIMATE JOURNEY
Since founding in 2020, Work On Climate became the largest community in the world for 40,000+ people who want their work to drive climate action. We helped 3,400+ people find climate jobs, helped thousands of founders, and built 56,000+ meaningful connections.
When the world became a different place in 2025 and onwards, we asked: “What does it mean, to work on climate, when the world doesn’t want you to?”
Your professional strengths (skills, networks, position, and insider knowledge) are a lever, and you can use it more powerfully together with others. Be part of a new democratic force to build a regenerative economy – an economy organized around the health of society and the planet.
