Know what needs doing across every WordPress site you manage
One dashboard for all your WordPress sites: health, vulnerabilities, SSL and PHP end-of-life checks and one-click login, free for unlimited sites. Add safe updates with rollback, uptime monitoring and backups when you need them.
106 sites connected·3,769 updates applied·16,469 uptime checks a day
Every WordPress site you manage, in one list
Health score, vulnerabilities, pending updates, PHP end-of-life, last backup and last sync for every site. Filter by client, tag, plugin or issue, then act on the whole selection.
A health score per site, built from updates, vulnerabilities, errors, uptime, database and PHP version, with the fix for each lost point.
One-click login to any wp-admin with a single-use token that expires in five minutes. No passwords stored.
Search the fleet by plugin, theme, PHP or WordPress version, and export the result.
Safe plugin updates with rollback, across every site
Updates are grouped by risk, security fixes first. Each one takes a snapshot, runs, compares before-and-after screenshots of the pages you chose, and rolls back on its own if a page changed.
AI risk assessment reads the changelog against each site's PHP and WordPress versions and flags breaking changes before you click.
Auto-apply low-risk updates inside a maintenance window; keep the rest for review.
Update WordPress core, plugins and themes in bulk, with plugin and theme updates running on up to eight sites at a time, live progress and a full history.
Checks as often as every minute (you pick the interval, from one minute to an hour), confirmed from several locations before you are alerted. SSL and domain expiry, overdue cron jobs, fatal errors and PHP end-of-life, on one page per site.
Alerts by email or Slack, grouped the way you want, with webhooks for uptime.
A public status page and an uptime badge for every monitored site.
Daily, weekly or monthly backups to EU or US storage, verified by checksum and ready to download as one zip.
Group sites by client and see their health, pending updates and backups together. Generate a PDF report of the month's work and email it, on demand or on a schedule.
Per-client filters on the sites list, the updates page and the dashboard's Today's work list.
Reports cover updates applied, uptime, backups, security and performance, with the client's logo and your intro.

A note from the founder
Built by a developer, for developers
I run an agency and look after more than a hundred client WordPress sites. Every management tool I tried was bloated, expensive, or both, so I built the one I wanted: a dashboard that tells me what needs doing, updates safely, and stays out of the way.
It's free for unlimited sites. The paid plans cover the parts that cost real money to run, like backups and uptime checks. If something breaks, email me and I'll fix it.

Yes. The free plan has no site limit and no time limit: connect every WordPress site you manage and get the attention queue, daily sync, plugin and theme tracking, vulnerability detection, SSL and domain expiry alerts, PHP error collection, cron and database views, one-click login, email and Slack alerts and a public status page. Paid plans add the automation: safe updates with rollback, uptime monitoring with webhook alerts, backups, AI risk assessment and client reports.
How do safe updates work?
Before a plugin or theme update runs, WP Admin Online takes a snapshot of the site and a screenshot of the pages you chose. It applies the update, captures the same pages again and compares them. If the page changed more than your threshold, or the update failed, it restores the previous version automatically and tells you what happened. Updates are grouped by risk, security fixes first, and you can let low-risk updates run on their own inside a maintenance window.
How does uptime monitoring work?
Each monitored site is checked on the interval you choose, from every minute to once an hour (ten minutes by default). When a check fails, the site is checked again a minute later and then from Europe, North America and Asia before an alert goes out, so a hiccup on one network does not wake you up (sites behind basic authentication are re-checked from our servers only). Alerts go to email, Slack or a webhook. Uptime monitoring is part of the paid plans; every site can have a public status page, and monitored sites can show an uptime badge.
How does the one-click login work?
When you click "Login" on a connected site, the dashboard creates a single-use token that expires in five minutes and hands it to the plugin on that site. The plugin checks the signature and logs you into wp-admin as the administrator you picked. No WordPress passwords are stored or sent anywhere.
Is my WordPress data secure?
Every request between the dashboard and your sites is signed with HMAC and timestamped, and requests that change anything on a site also carry a single-use nonce, so they cannot be replayed. The plugin reports versions, health and errors; it never sends your content, users or customer data. Backups are encrypted in transit, stored in the EU or the US (your choice) and verified with a checksum.
How often does the dashboard sync with my sites?
Free accounts sync once a day, paid accounts every six hours, and you can trigger a sync for one site or the whole fleet at any time. A sync refreshes plugin and theme versions, available updates, WordPress and PHP versions, errors, cron health and database stats.
Does it work with any WordPress host?
Yes. The plugin works with any self-hosted WordPress install running WordPress 6.2 or newer on PHP 8.0 or newer, on shared, managed or cloud hosting, behind Cloudflare, with basic-auth staging sites and with multisite networks. There is nothing to install on the server.
Can I manage client sites and send them reports?
Yes. Group sites by client, see each client's health, updates and backups together, and send a PDF report with the client's logo, on demand or every week or month, emailed to you and, if you choose, to the client. Client reports are part of the paid plans. Your clients do not need accounts.
How do I install the WordPress plugin?
Add the site in your dashboard, then install the "RS Remote Site Manager" plugin from the WordPress plugin directory (Plugins > Add New) or upload the zip from your dashboard. Paste the API key and secret into the plugin settings and the first sync runs within a minute. Takes about two minutes per site.
Stop checking sites one by one
Connect your first site now and the dashboard will have its health score, pending updates and vulnerabilities before you finish your coffee.
