Questions
What counts as a site?
Each WordPress site you connect. Staging sites count as their own site. A site you remove stops counting right away.
How much backup storage is included?
Fair use of about 10 GB per site, pooled across your account. Backups to your own Google Drive, Dropbox or S3 don’t count toward it, so that’s the way to go for very large sites.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first site is free with every feature. Add a card when you add your second site, or at sign-up if you know you’ll add more.
What happens when I add or remove sites?
Your subscription adjusts automatically and Stripe prorates the difference to the day. No new checkout each time.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel?
Yes, any time from Settings › Plan & billing. If you cancel, everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then the account goes back to the free plan.
Is AI included?
Ask the Foreman comes with a monthly allowance shared by your team, and up to 100 messages a day per person. You can add credit when you need more, or add your own Anthropic key for unlimited use at no charge from us.
Does WP Foreman patch vulnerabilities?
No. Security is a scanner: every day it checks each website’s plugins, themes and WordPress version against public vulnerability databases, alerts you and tells you which update fixes it. You (or a rule) apply the update. It doesn’t block attacks or change code. Virtual patching, which blocks attacks before you’ve updated, is on our roadmap as an optional paid add-on; scanning and alerts stay included. More on Security.
What if WP Foreman shuts down?
We’ll give you at least 6 months’ notice. Everything keeps working until the last day, and you can download a .zip of each site’s backup from the Overview tab.
