Syncing may take several hours or longer, depending on ticket volume.
Are access controls/permissions respected by ChatGPT?
The Linear connector is read-only and respects all existing Linear access controls. Only the issues and comments the connected user or workspace has permission to view are synced or queried. Admins can enable the connector for specific teams or users through workspace settings.
Why can’t I use sync connectors if I have data residency enabled outside the US?
Synced connectors are currently only supported for customers either based in the US with data residency enabled or for those who have not elected for data residency at-rest. We don’t yet support in-region storage for non-US data residency configurations.
