   Hi NVIDIA DCGM maintainers,

   NVIDIA GPU Operator 26.3.x documents DCGM 4.5.2-1 as the DCGM version, but NVIDIA/DCGM does not appear to have a corresponding v4.5.2 source tag. In fact, the latest visible source tag appears to be v4.4.2.

   Could you please publish the corresponding NVIDIA/DCGM source snapshot/tag for DCGM 4.5.2, or confirm the exact public commit/source archive that corresponds to the 4.5.2-1 DCGM images used by GPU Operator 26.3.x?
