event onBeforeChange API is not implemented

Describe the bug
The documentation shows how to use onBeforeChange event api, but this api not exist in the code.
(using v0.42.3)

editor.onBeforeChange is not recognized

Sorry for the delay, I've gone ahead and added it back. Will release sometime today
