1. Dates:

  • Hackathon Duration: 27 November, 2025 – 09:00AM - 04:00pm

  • Submission Deadline: All projects must be submitted by the end of the hackathon, including Git repository links and explainer videos.

2. Eligibility:

  • Open to all students from SE, CS, and IT departments.

  • Participants can compete individually or in teams of up to 3 members.

  • Participants must be registered through the official team to be eligible.

3. Project & Submission Requirements:

  • Projects must be original, functional, and testable.

  • Use of AI-assisted coding tools is allowed, but copy-pasting from online sources is prohibited.

  • Mandatory Submission:

    1. Git repository with your code (with proper version control).

    2. Explainer video (3–10 minutes max) highlighting your project, workflow, and key features.

  • Optional: Additional visuals, mockups, or supporting documents.

4. Prizes:

  • Prizes will be awarded to top 3 winning teams in each track (Web, App, AI/ML, Problem Solving, and any additional tracks).

  • Winners will receive awards, certificates, and potential internship/mentorship opportunities.

5. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection:

  • Functionality (40%) – Correct workflow implementation and technical completeness.

  • Design (30%) – UI/UX quality, clarity, and usability.

  • Creativity (20%) – Innovative features and logical enhancements.

  • Presentation (10%) – Clarity, communication, and demo effectiveness.

Code of Conduct:

  • Respect all participants, mentors, and organizers.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Violations may result in disqualification.

Note: Hackers are encouraged to ask questions during the event and collaborate ethically.
