1. Dates:

Hackathon Duration: 27 November, 2025 – 09:00AM - 04:00pm

Submission Deadline: All projects must be submitted by the end of the hackathon, including Git repository links and explainer videos.
2. Eligibility:

Open to all students from SE, CS, and IT departments.

Participants can compete individually or in teams of up to 3 members.
-
Participants must be registered through the official team to be eligible.
3. Project & Submission Requirements:

Projects must be original, functional, and testable.
-
Use of AI-assisted coding tools is allowed, but copy-pasting from online sources is prohibited.

Mandatory Submission:
-
Git repository with your code (with proper version control).
-
Explainer video (3–10 minutes max) highlighting your project, workflow, and key features.

Optional: Additional visuals, mockups, or supporting documents.
4. Prizes:
-
Prizes will be awarded to top 3 winning teams in each track (Web, App, AI/ML, Problem Solving, and any additional tracks).

Winners will receive awards, certificates, and potential internship/mentorship opportunities.
5. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection:

Functionality (40%) – Correct workflow implementation and technical completeness.

Design (30%) – UI/UX quality, clarity, and usability.
-
Creativity (20%) – Innovative features and logical enhancements.
-
Presentation (10%) – Clarity, communication, and demo effectiveness.
Code of Conduct:

Respect all participants, mentors, and organizers.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Violations may result in disqualification.
