Eligibility

• The event is open to currently enrolled SAIT students.
• Participants must register as part of a team (2 - 4) before the event begins.

Project and Submission Requirements

• All projects must be created during the hackathon
• Teams of 2–4 registered participants
• Each submission must include a project description, team member details, and a working demo video
• Any use of pre-existing resources or AI tools must be clearly disclosed
• Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Projects will be evaluated based on innovation, technical execution, impact, and clarity of presentation. Judges’ decisions are final, and winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
