Load both builtin and external keyboards

Previously, external keyboards replaced builtin ones, which caused
problems when external files were missing. Now both are loaded to
ensure better fallback.
Note: This results in duplicate entries for identical layouts.

inputmethod: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Fix indentation in buildlink3.mk files.

The actual fix as been done by "pkglint -F */*/buildlink3.mk", and was
reviewed manually.

There are some .include lines that still are indented with zero spaces
although the surrounding .if is indented. This is existing practice.

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for inputmethod category

Problems found locating distfiles:
	Package anthy: missing distfile 2ch.t
	Package anthy: missing distfile okinawa-20090801.t

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
