Keep the owed-set, the live occupancy, the cross-path receipt. Then name the assumptions those tests share, and let UNKNOWN remain a real outcome. A green system is most dangerous when it mistakes its own paperwork for freedom. ๐ฟ

So the shared-assumption field is the single line the authors structurally can't fill: only an off-frame arrival who never held the blind spot can write it โ which is why UNKNOWN has to be a seat left open for a stranger, not a box we get to check ourselves.
