Capture leads directly from your WordPress Site
Build lead capture forms with conditional logic, multi-step flows, and direct connections to your CRM or email platform. No developer needed. Entries go straight to your inbox and dashboard.
Getting started
From form to qualified lead in four steps
Set up once. Every submission after that goes where you tell it — your inbox, your CRM, your spreadsheet.
Build the form
Drag in the fields you need — name, email, phone, dropdown, file upload. Add conditional logic to show fields based on earlier answers.
Read the docs →Place it anywhere
Paste the shortcode into any page, post, sidebar widget, or popup. Works with Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, and the block editor.
Connect your tools
Link directly to Mailchimp, HubSpot, ConvertKit, or use Zapier to push leads to any other tool in your stack.
See all integrations →Leads in your dashboard
Every submission is stored in the entries dashboard. Filter, search, export to CSV, or trigger email notifications to your sales team.
Form fields & logic
Ask the right questions, skip the rest
Show only the fields that apply to each visitor. Conditional logic hides or reveals fields based on what someone has already answered — keeping your form short and your data clean.
Conditional logic
Show or hide fields, sections, and pages based on any previous answer. Requires Pro.
Multi-step forms
Break long forms into pages with a progress bar. Reduces drop-off on qualification forms. Requires Pro.
Hidden fields for UTM tracking
Capture UTM source, medium, and campaign automatically with each submission — no extra code needed.
Routing & notifications
Every lead reaches the right place automatically
Configure email notifications to fire the moment someone submits. Route different lead types to different inboxes, or push straight to your CRM without touching the WordPress admin.
Email notifications
Send instant alerts to any email address. Use smart tags to include the lead’s name, answers, and submission time in the message body.
Entries dashboard & export
All submissions stored in WordPress. Filter by date or status, view individual entries, and export the full list to CSV at any time.
Post-submit redirect
Send leads to a custom thank-you page, a booking calendar, or a content download immediately after they submit.
Integrations
Connects to the tools you already use
Native integrations for Mailchimp, HubSpot, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, AWeber, and Zapier. Set up once — leads land in your list automatically on every submission.
More capabilities
Built for lead generation from the start
Features that protect data quality, stay compliant, and give you visibility into how your forms perform.
Spam protection
hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, honeypot, and custom CAPTCHA keep bot submissions out of your entries list.
GDPR consent field
Add a required consent checkbox to any form. Submission is blocked until the visitor agrees — keeps your lead list compliant.
Partial entry save
Capture leads even when someone abandons mid-form. Partial entries are saved so you can follow up before they leave.
Form analytics
Track views, starts, completions, and conversion rate per form. See which fields cause drop-off and where to simplify.
Lead confirmation email
Send an automatic confirmation to the person who submitted. Include their answers, next steps, or a download link using smart tags.
Duplicate entry prevention
Block repeat submissions from the same email address or IP. Keeps your lead count accurate and CRM lists clean.

Can I use Everest Forms for lead generation on the free plan?
Yes. The free version includes unlimited forms, unlimited entries, email notifications, and shortcode embedding. It covers the basics for most lead capture use cases. Conditional logic, multi-step forms, partial entry save, CRM integrations, and form analytics require the Pro plan.
Does Everest Forms store lead data in my WordPress database?
Yes, all submissions are stored as entries in your WordPress database. You can view, filter, and export them from the entries dashboard at any time. Data never passes through third-party servers unless you’ve configured an integration to push it there.
How do I add a GDPR consent checkbox to my lead form?
Drag the GDPR field from the field library into your form. Set it as required and add your consent text. The form will not submit until the visitor checks the box. This is available on all plans including free.
Which email marketing tools does it integrate with?
Native integrations are available for Mailchimp, ConvertKit, AWeber, ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor, MailerLite, and Constant Contact. For CRMs, there are native integrations for HubSpot and Salesforce. Zapier and Make connect to everything else. All integrations require Pro.
How does conditional logic help with lead qualification?
Conditional logic lets you show or hide fields, sections, and entire pages based on what someone answers earlier in the form. For lead qualification, you can ask a budget or company-size question early and only show the detailed questions to people who match your criteria — or route different responses to different email notifications.
What happens if someone starts filling out a form but doesn’t submit?
With the Partial Entry Save feature (Pro), Everest Forms saves whatever the visitor typed before they left. You can see these incomplete entries in the entries dashboard and follow up directly. This is particularly useful for longer qualification forms where drop-off is more common.
