§ 01 — Mandate Templates

Agent Mandate
Templates.

Each template generates an Agent Mandate — a dual-format Ricardian Contract with human-readable legal text and machine-parsable JSON, linked by a SHA-256 hash. Choose a template, provide parameters via the API, and receive a verified mandate.

Templates are structured frameworks for contract generation, not legal advice. Review generated contracts with qualified counsel before use.

Two-sided delegation: you and your AI agent each sign, so the agent holds its own on-chain proof it may act for you — useful when it must show that authority to a third party. Covers action categories, spending caps and revocation. Structured with reference to UETA s. 14 (US) and eIDAS Art. 25 (EU).
