Brand new svelte app generated via CLI has blank left panel until window resize

• Svelte version: 3.34.0
• Platform and Target: Mac Chrome Browser

Describe the bug

When launching an app generated via framework7 CLI, the left panel is always blank. When you resize the window it renders properly. I think this issue has been around for a while since I saw it last time I explored F7 for a project. Here is a screen shot of the blank panel.

To Reproduce

1. Create a brand new project using CLI.
2. choose Svelte, Sass, Web & Cordova, and the pages template.
3. run npm start

Expected behavior

The left panel should not be blank

Actual Behavior

The left panel is blank

Additional note: when making a change to a component, the page reloads and the blank left panel appears again until resize.

This may have something to do with visibleBreakpoint={960} in app.svelte

If i change "cover" to "reveal" , the Left panel seems to show up on load correctly.. Sorry for the piecemeal report.

This seems to work. So it may be a problem with the panel.effect
