Change Pin Widget flow

Suggested new feature or improvement

Change the Pin flow to be more like the Windows Widget Board. Instead of customizing the widget in the Add Widget dialog, show the widget preview and then allow for customization inline on the Dashboard.

Scenario

This will also affect the widgets themselves.
