This PR makes the publish fields use the direction based on what text direction the edited content should be.
The direction of the fields will change independently of the rest of the page.
e.g. If your control panel is in English (ltr) but are editing an Arabic entry, the fields themselves will be displayed in rtl but the rest of the control panel will remain ltr.
This is consistent with how another well-crafted CMS does it.
