LibMicro is a portable set of microbenchmarks that many Solaris engineers
used during Solaris 10 development to measure the performance of various
system and library calls. LibMicro was developed by Bart Smaalders and
Phil Harman as part of their "If Linux is faster it's a Solaris bug
performance" campaign.

*: add LDFLAGS overide that was previously in mk

This is a workaround and should be fixed properly per-package - they
should use the pkgsrc LDFLAGS, but this restores what happened
before the mk/ cleanup.

Fixes relro build for packages that do not honor LDFLAGS.

Add makefile for MacOS by copying the NetBSD one. It probably won't
work; but if it doesn't exist it definitely won't work.
