    The BONK proposal wasn't hidden. It sat in public view for six days. @bonk_inu The malicious payload wasn't obfuscated. It literally said "Send 4,426,104,450,305 BONK to 9bxWkN..." in the proposal body. Seven addresses voted. Nobody read it. This isn't a governance speed
