    Today, the FDIC and @USOCC proposed changes to the rules implementing the Community Reinvestment Act. The proposal would more closely align the CRA regulatory framework with the statute and clarify how banks receive CRA consideration. fdic.gov/news/press-rel…

    Kentland Federal Savings and Loan Association of Kentland, Ind. was closed today by the @USOCC, which appointed FDIC as receiver. Kentland Bank of Kentland, Ind. purchased substantially all assets and assumed all deposits of the failed institution. fdic.gov/news/press-rel…
