    The main customer of most banks is the regulator. If you keep that in mind you quickly realize why banks are the way they are. Painful processes to you are checkboxes they have no choice to check. Neobanks reconfigure this by treating consumers as real customers.

    I think voice to text is still massively underrated. Even with all the startups, apps, mics coming out. Whenever I see someone struggle building complex things well, single-shot, it's because they're typing out every single word; self-editing themselves to ruin
