- The best meeting I had recently was one I didn't schedule. I walked into the office & found our team already helping a founder. Great venture firms don't scale by adding more meetings. They scale by creating more collisions. Community isn't the product. It's the infrastructure.
- For a while, @RisingTidePtr mostly lived inside my head. That doesn't scale. This summer we stopped assigning tasks & started assigning ownership. Each team member owns a funnel: → LPs → VCs → Portfolio → Community → Investments Building systems > building dependencies.
