For far too long, social media companies have used powerful and addictive algorithms to keep young people scrolling. Not anymore. Our SAFE for Kids Act will protect kids from the potential harms of social media.

My office is urging New Yorkers to be aware of “gold bar scams” that target older adults with seemingly legitimate claims, then steal their hard-earned savings.   This is flat-out cruel.   Report suspicious messages related to this scam to my office: 1-800-771-7755.

Today, my office delivered over 280,000 eggs for families across Central New York and the Southern Tier. When businesses conspire to raise the price of groceries, working people suffer.    I’m proud to have secured these eggs for New York families.

We won our lawsuit against the Trump administration and stopped their efforts to jeopardize funding to fight homelessness.   It's shameful that this administration tried repeatedly to break the law to push their political agenda and put this critical program at risk.

I sued to stop the @EPA from weakening limits on the harmful greenhouse gases that contribute to the climate crisis. I won't allow the EPA to ignore the law and put our communities at risk.
