Seems like yesterday. Happy birthday, world computer!It's hard to believe it's already been 11 years. On July 30 2015 we launched Ethereum from a small scrappy office in Berlin's Kreuzberg. So much has changed since then. Ethereum has undergone so many transformations yet one thing stays the same. Ethereum is the world computer.- This is the right framing: to succeed in the long run, DAOs will have to aim to become something beyond nation states and companies.Ok, Ethereum will become the world’s settlement layer. Price discovery for assets like fiat currencies (FOREX), gold, and equities will take place here. New powerful entities (aka DAOs) will exist, where people organize with each other beyond the main entities that exist today:
