    My take on this one is: AI is genuinely mid for any kind of writing that doesn’t sound like an overeager redditor armed with a few facts. And if they trained the models to actually write well, people wouldn’t use them because good writing is divisive.

    Even proponents of AI are quick to say they don’t let the AI write actual text. Why? I see nothing wrong with a writer with something to say getting assistance crafting the language to express it.

    None of you bay area vibe coders have ever experienced the glory that is using PerfView to figure out how to make a Windows process run better. A UI so bad it integer overflows into greatness, but with limitless power and capabilities.
