.@JetstarAirways on a surfing holiday in Bali and my board were left at Sydney airport. My three travellers on the same booking, same checkin, same flight… all had their boards arrive. A surfing holiday at a surf resort … without surfboards is not much of a holiday.

Agile hit an enormous milestone this week with the launch of Agile Underwriting Services Syndicate 2427 at Lloyd’s (AUS 2427). I'd like to give a special mention to all the late nights (managing timezones) and trips to London by Robin Barham and Mark Hunt to secure agreements.
