- LIV Golf says it has a "signed agreement" on the new financing with a "lead investor." It doesn't ID the lead investor, but it's BC Partners. A source, however, disputes that the deal is signed. Wondering if it's maybe more an LOI...
- Big question about SpaceX stock right now is if today's decline is because the AI spend was higher than expected, or because everyone is baking in tomorrow's lockup expiration. If the former, tmrow could be rough. If the latter, tmrow would be non-event from a price perspective.
