If you have to give your team ready-to-eat solutions, you are the bottleneck. Give them the goal, acceptance criteria, and enough guidance. Skilled team members should be able to figure out the solution. Humans or agents. 😉

Agent team question: Where does planning end and micromanagement begin? Should the Architect/Planner/Orchestrator point to the exact code to change? Or should it leave the implementation details to the Implementer? 🤔
