When we first started working on Amazon Pharmacy, 8 years ago, everyone thought it was insane that we thought the cx should just be ecomm. Now, anyone that’s used it realizes it’s clearly the right cx for pharmacy (and IMO healthcare generally). And the results are proving it.- Have restaurants always been so fascinated with clearing plates off the table or is this a more recent phenomenon?
- Every once in a while I get fixated on something with little to no modern content. Then I’m forced to find old out of print books and dig through niche forum posts. It’s weirdly nostalgic for me since that used to be everything.
