AWS Secrets Manager functionality will be built into the proxy once simonrob/email-oauth2-proxy#114 is merged.
- requirements-aws-secrets.txt now includes requirements-no-gui.txt - argument --aws-secrets is no longer needed
Automatically launch the proxy using systemctl
