This fixes the following issue: When gen.throw() is called on a generator after a "yield from", the
intermediate stack trace entries are lost.

When gen.throw() is called on a generator after a "yield from", the
intermediate stack trace entries are lost.  This commit fixes that.

Please backport using cherry_picker on command line.
