breaking: remove --configuration option from build/run-ios

Summary:

Corresponding Android PR: #2026
Removed --configuration options which was deprecated some time ago.. We should use now --mode to provide configuration.

Test Plan:

1. Clone the repository and do all the required steps from the Contributing guide
2. Run this command:

node /path/to/react-native-cli/packages/cli/build/bin.js run-ios --configuration "Release"

Shouldn't work. ❌

3. Run this command:

node /path/to/react-native-cli/packages/cli/build/bin.js run-ios --mode "Release"

Should work. ✅
