this is perfectly valid type-strippable typescript so would expect : (void) is stripped away as expected and the script is interpreted as

const foo = ()         => {}

This is a bug in SWC.

Root cause bug is fixed in SWC 1.13.20.
Latest Amaro 1.1.3 uses SWC 1.13.19.
