Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before booking your hotel stay.
Yes — reservations made through the official Ai4 room block follow the hotel’s standard cancellation policy. You’ll be able to review full details before confirming your booking. If your plans change, you can modify or cancel within the allowed window.
Once the official Ai4 room block is full, discounted rates are no longer guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking early to secure the negotiated rate and stay on-site with other attendees.
You can book your stay outside the room block but you will be paying the higher nightly prices. Be wary of any other room block links that are sent to you.
We recommend that you arrive by the morning of Monday, August 2nd and depart on August 6th to make the most of the full conference experience. View the schedule of events for help with timing.
