HOW THE WORLDWIDE REFERENDUM / RATIFICATION WORKS
One Cumulative Worldwide Referendum.
Divine-GPMS.World provides Humanity with a Peaceful means to Individually and Collectively Express Consent for the new foundation for Humanity and future Generations.
Individual Consent
Every Woman, Man, and Child has an Equal Voice.
Each Human Being Freely Chooses whether to give Their Consent. No government, institution, political party, corporation, or representative gives that Consent on behalf of Humanity.
Where a Human Being can express Their Own Choice but needs assistance recording it, that assistance must faithfully preserve Their Choice. Where a Child cannot yet express Their Own Choice, a Parent or Guardian may record Consent for the Child under Their Natural duty of Care.
Cumulative Ratification
Unlike an election held on a single day, this Worldwide Referendum is cumulative.
Each recorded Consent remains part of the continuing worldwide total. As more of Humanity Participates, those Individual acts of Consent Collectively build toward majority Ratification.
The Referendum therefore remains open as Humanity becomes informed, considers the Divine-GPMS.World foundation, and Freely makes its Choice.
Majority Ratification
When the required Majority Freely Consents, that Collective Consent constitutes the Peaceful Ratification of the new foundation by the Participating Majority.
A nation may likewise reach Majority Consent among its own People, providing a Peaceful pathway for that nation to proceed through its own Majority Ratification.
From Consent to Transition
Ratification is not the end of the process. It is the beginning of implementation.
Upon Majority Ratification, the transition proceeds through the established Divine-GPMS.World framework, with Continuity, Cooperation, Administration, and Peaceful Implementation forming the foundation of the change.
Through Individual Free Will and cumulative Consent, Humanity is given a Peaceful means to Choose and Ratify the new foundation for itself and future Generations.

A Foundation of Abundance, Equality, Freedom, and Intrinsic Value
Divine-GPMS.world establishes a new monetary and societal foundation based upon the Intrinsic Value of every Human Being and the abundant resources of our world.
Rather than restructuring or reforming the existing system, Divine-GPMS.world replaces its foundations of debt, scarcity, dependency, and profit-driven necessity with a system that provides Freedom, Security, Equality, and Abundance for All.
Intrinsic Value and Equality
Every Human Being has Intrinsic Value from birth. No Human Being's fundamental Worth is determined by wealth, employment, social position, ownership, or economic status.
Abundance and Essential Needs
Divine-GPMS.world provides the monetary and Administrative structure through which Humanity's resources can Serve Humanity.
Housing, food, utilities, transportation, healthcare, education, and other essential needs are no longer dependent upon scarcity, debt, or the ability to generate profit.
A Universal Monetary Foundation
Divine-GPMS.world provides the Universal means of exchange through which goods, services, resources, infrastructure, and Human Contribution can be provided and exchanged without dependence upon debt-based monetary Creation.
Value is no longer Created through debt or imposed scarcity. The monetary structure Serves Humanity and the movement of resources rather than requiring Humanity to Serve the monetary system.
Human Beings are thereby Freed from survival-driven economic pressure while retaining Their Sovereignty, Freedom of Choice, Creativity, Contribution, and Individual Purpose.
Cooperation Rather Than Competition for Survival
By removing economic dependence upon scarcity and debt, Divine-GPMS.world removes much of the necessity that places Human Beings, Communities, and Nations in competition for basic security and resources.
Cooperation, Contribution, Innovation, Stewardship, and Peaceful Development therefore become the practical foundations upon which Humanity advances.
Divine-GPMS.world does not restructure the system Humanity presently Lives within. It establishes the new foundation to replace it.
DIVINE LAW & THE UNIVERSAL NATION
Divine Law begins with a simple Principle: Do No Harm.
Every Human Being is born with Intrinsic Value, Free Will, Sovereignty, and Unalienable Rights. These Rights are Inherent by birth and are not Created or granted by governments, institutions, or systems.
Freedom with Responsibility
Every Human Being has the Right of Self-Determination — to Choose One's Own Path, Beliefs, Expression, Contribution, and way of Life, provided that the Equal Rights and Freedoms of Others are Respected.
Freedom therefore carries Responsibility: Do No Harm, Respect the Sovereignty of Others, and Treat Others as You would wish to be Treated.
No Human Being is Inherently above Another. Equality under Divine Law means that the same fundamental Rights, Freedoms, Protections, and Responsibilities apply to All.
Authority Through Consent
Collective Authority originates with the People and Exists through Their Free-Will Consent.
Divine-GPMS.world therefore places the Human Being at the origin of Consent rather than beneath an Authority presumed to Exist Independently of that Consent.
Through Individual Self-Determination and Collective Consent, Humanity can Peacefully Choose the systems and structures through which it wishes to Live.
The Universal Nation
The Universal Nation is the Peaceful organizational Expression of these Principles.
It Unites Human Beings across Nations, Cultures, Faiths, Traditions, and backgrounds without requiring Humanity to surrender Individuality, Sovereignty, or Free Will.
Its foundation is not domination over Humanity, but Cooperation among Sovereign Human Beings who Recognize the same Intrinsic Rights and Freedoms in One Another.
Children are Equally Recognized within this foundation. Their Inherent Value and Rights are not lesser because of age, and Their Voices are Recognized within Divine-GPMS.world according to the Provisions established for Their Participation and Protection.
One Foundation for All
Divine Law and the Universal Nation establish a simple Relationship between the Individual and the Whole:
Upon this foundation, Humanity will organize itself without placing one Human Being Inherently above Another and without surrendering the Sovereignty from which Free-Will Consent originates.
THE PEACEFUL TRANSITION
The Transition to Divine-GPMS.world is designed to be Peaceful, Organized, and Continuous.
Majority Ratification establishes the Collective Consent to proceed. From that point, the focus moves from gathering Consent to Implementing the new foundation while maintaining the essential services, resources, infrastructure, and Human Contribution upon which everyday Life depends.
Continuity, Not Disruption
The Transition does not require Humanity to stop functioning while one system gives way to another.
Essential services, food production and distribution, utilities, transportation, healthcare, communications, manufacturing, and other necessary functions continue throughout the transition.
Existing infrastructure and technology can continue to Serve Humanity while They are progressively adapted to operate within the new foundation.
Worldwide Administration and Cooperation
Administrative teams and Representatives throughout the world Coordinate Implementation, bringing together the knowledge and experience required in monetary systems, technology, infrastructure, essential services, production, distribution, and Human needs.
Existing organizations, industries, professionals, and infrastructure can Cooperate in the Transition, allowing knowledge and functioning systems that already Serve Humanity to continue doing so.
Monetary Transition and Immediate Security
The Divine-GPMS.world monetary structure is introduced through existing and developing distribution networks, providing the means for Human Beings and Essential Services to receive the resources required for security and continuity.
Debt-based dependency is progressively removed as the new monetary foundation becomes operational, while existing monetary value and infrastructure are transitioned in an orderly manner.
The Purpose is not to Create instability during change, but to provide greater security as the Transition unfolds.
A New Relationship with Work and Contribution
Essential Human Contribution continues while dependence upon long working hours and survival-driven employment is progressively removed.
As the Transition advances, Human Beings gain Greater Freedom to Choose where Their Abilities, Knowledge, Creativity, and Time can best Contribute to Humanity and the world.
Technology, automation, Innovation, and worldwide Cooperation further reduce unnecessary Human labor while increasing the ability to Provide Abundance Efficiently.
A Transition Built Around Humanity
Divine-GPMS.world does not require the destruction of everything Humanity has already Created.
Infrastructure, knowledge, technology, skills, production capacity, and Essential Services that Benefit Humanity remain Valuable. What changes is the foundation upon which they operate.
The Transition therefore moves Humanity from debt, scarcity, and survival pressure toward Abundance, Freedom, Cooperation, and Intrinsic Value — while maintaining Stability and Continuity throughout the Change.
