What does e-BRC mean?

Electronic Bank Realization Certificate (e-BRC) is the electronic form of a physical Bank Realization Certificate (BRC). The e-BRC platform enables electronic transmission of foreign exchange realization information related to exports on to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) server under a secured protocol. It is an initiative to increase transparency and promote paperless trade.
