Multisite admin: fix glossary links, duplicate anchor, and Add Site name - #509

The Multisite glossary links point at /article/glossary, which no longer
resolves; the current page is /article/wordpress-glossary/.
The article also defined the anchor {#sites} twice, on the "Sites" section
in the screen index and again on the site list under "Network Admin Sites
Screen". Duplicate IDs make one of the two unreachable, so the second is
renamed to {#sites-list}. Nothing links to it yet, so no inbound links break.
Finally, the link labelled "Add New Sites Screen" is renamed to match the
menu item WordPress actually shows, Sites > Add Site.
