Playlist: Media Library only allows selecting one track at a time when adding tracks

What problem does this address?

When adding tracks to a new Playlist block (WordPress 7.1 Beta 3), the Media Library only lets you select one track at a time. To add several tracks you have to hold Shift or Cmd, which is likely too obscure for most users.

What is your proposed solution?

Let tracks be added by clicking multiple items in the Media Library (multi-select without a modifier key) when populating a Playlist.

Step-by-step reproduction

1. Add a Playlist block.
2. Open the Media Library to add tracks.
3. Note that only one track can be selected unless Shift/Cmd is held.
