What?

Adds shadow support to the Footnotes block.

Why?

The Footnotes block supports color, border, spacing and typography, but has no shadow control. This brings it in line with other blocks as part of the design tools consistency work.

How?

Adds shadow to the block's block.json supports. Footnotes is server rendered through get_block_wrapper_attributes(), so the support is serialized onto the list wrapper and no PHP change is needed.

The core blocks reference and the block's README.md are regenerated to list shadow.

Testing Instructions

In a post, select some paragraph text and add a footnote from the block toolbar's More menu. This adds the Footnotes block. Publish and view the post. The footnotes render as before, with no shadow.
In Global Styles, go to Blocks > Footnotes > Shadow, pick the Natural preset and save. The block shows the shadow in the editor and on the front end.
With step 2 still applied, select the Footnotes block, pick the Deep preset under Shadow in the block inspector and update the post. The block level shadow wins in the editor and on the front end.
