This adds a small Blockroll integration that contributes Friends subscriptions as a dynamic Blogroll block source. When the companion Blockroll source interface is available, an empty Blogroll block can offer Friends subscriptions as a live source without copying subscription data into post content.
Each Friends subscription can also be excluded from Blogroll blocks from its feed settings screen. The checkbox only appears when Blockroll is active, and the preference is stored on the subscription term so it applies to the subscription itself rather than only the current admin user.
This depends on pfefferle/wordpress-blockroll#23, which adds the source filters and editor source actions on the Blockroll side.
Testing:
PHPUnit was not run because /tmp/wordpress-tests-lib is not installed in this environment.
